Thank you for shopping Sacred Heart Leopard Geckos! Whatever animal is pictured is the exact animal you will receive. All of our sales are first come first serve. We reserve the right to refuse sales at any time and for any reason if we decide to. We offer HOLDS on any gecko available with the following terms: 30% Deposit required for any gecko placed “on hold”. Deposits must be sent before the gecko can be placed “on hold”. The hold deposit is non-refundable. We will hold your gecko for 30 days. If after 30 days we can not reach you then the gecko will be considered abandoned and will be listed again for sale. Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis. This agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. If a payment plan is made and your payment is not made by the date agreed upon, then a two week written notice will be given. After that attempt if no response is made then the gecko will be considered “abandoned” and will be placed up for sale again, All payments made are non-refundable on abandoned geckos. We offer shipping to the lower 48 states, Canada, and Mexico. All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer. This is in addition to the cost of the gecko. Shipping is $96, priority overnight. If the shipping cost is higher due to address then the buyer is also responsible to pay the difference in the cost. Shipping will be done Monday-Wednesday ONLY. This is so that the gecko does not get stuck over the weekend at the shipping location. Shipping will also be delayed if the weather does not allow for safe travel for the gecko. My first priority is to make sure that the gecko is able to ship in safe weather. We will provide heat packs or cryopacks on a case by case basis depending on the weather. If the weather causes a delay in your purchase we will make a “HOLD” exception and hold the gecko for whatever length of time needed to make it safe for the gecko to travel. Buyer must be available to sign for the gecko at the time of delivery. If the buyer is not available to sign for the gecko then all health guarantees are null and void. No exceptions. If a HUB pick up is requested the animal must be picked up with in 1 hour. Must send a message that the animal was picked up and pictures also must be provided. If the animal is not picked up with in the hour then ALL health guarantees are void. All geckos we sell come with a 7 day health guarantee. Buyer is responsible to contact me within 1 hour of delivery letting us know that the gecko arrived safe and in good condition, or if the gecko's condition is of concern. If you do not contact us within the 1 hour window all health guarantees are null and void. If your gecko suddenly becomes sick or dies within the 7 day health guarantee, we will offer you a similar gecko of the same quality and at the same cost. We do not offer refunds. If we do not have anything available then we will offer you a credit for a future purchase. If you choose a gecko in my store at a higher cost you are responsible for the difference between the one you purchased and the one that you are choosing. We also will not refund the difference if you choose a gecko at a lower price. You must provide proof of illness or death right away via pic and Video. Failing to do so will void a replacement for you. Health guarantees do not cover any injuries sustained after delivery, such as tail loss, injury from another pet, inappropriate terrarium enclosures injury, etc. Tail dropping/loss is not covered if dropped during shipping. Shipping causes the gecko to be stressed, this may cause them to drop the tail during travel. We are not responsible or liable for shipment delays or loss of gecko caused by carriers. Gecko sexing is not a guarantee. All geckos will be sold as TSM (Temp sexed male) or TSF (Temp Sexed female) are not guaranteed to be male or female. We do our best to sex the appropriately but can not guarantee the sex. We incubate males at 89 degrees fahrenheit and Females at 82 degrees fahrenheit. Gecko temperament can not be guaranteed. We do handle our geckos daily but since each has their own personality some may be more calm than others. Please be patient with your new gecko, they do require time to adjust and may require extra time for them to allow you to hold them.
