Store Policy
Note: when we take pictures of our Gecko's we try our best to provide pictures that are accurate.We do not modify pictures..If asked we will provide additional pictures and video to do our best to provide the best example of the gecko.
Shipping cost will be on the customer or less stated otherwise.All sales and deposits are final and you have the understanding when you purchase or place deposit it's non-refundable.If payment plan is agree upon and don't pay within the agree upon time you will be given a in store credit...we guarantee safe and live arrival..if the animal dies during shipping must contact within one hour of pickup and provide photos and video..During shipping if your Gecko drops his or her tail there will be no compensation by any means, it will not affect the gecko from living a normal life..this can happen during shipment due to stressfull events..must be over the age of 18 to purchase and must show some type of ID/proof if under the age of 18 must have parents consent. By purchasing from us you have agreed to these terms.
