We've upgraded the ReptileAds support system to make getting help easier. Users and our support team can now share screenshots and images directly through support tickets, with improved email notifications helping keep conversations moving.

If something isn't working right, it's now easier to show us exactly what's happening and easier for our team to help get it resolved.

We've completed another round of maintenance across ReptileAds, including fixes to bulk listing actions, weekly Seller Rewards bonuses, subscription navigation, and several smaller platform issues.

We've improved the review process so links sent after a sale now take users directly into the review flow, making it quicker and easier to leave feedback.

We've made several improvements to Seller Stores and the Seller Rewards Dashboard, including smoother store navigation and easier access to seller Rewards and Badges.

The ReptileAds API is now live for approved partners, creating a foundation for future integrations with reptile software and marketplace tools.

We've improved Similar Animals to keep the focus on animals that are actually available - Sold and On Hold listings will no longer appear in recommendations.

We've also refreshed the Resources and Genetic Calculator pages for a cleaner, more consistent experience.

Seller Store pages have received a refresh with a cleaner layout and improvements that make important seller information easier to find and stores easier to browse.

We've rolled out another round of improvements across ReptileAds, including updates to seller verification, mobile navigation, category displays, and general marketplace functionality.

A new ReptileAds mobile app update is now live for Android and iOS. The update includes improved navigation, better category displays, marketplace layout improvements, and additional fixes throughout the app.

We've also continued aligning the app with the ReptileAds website so buyers and sellers get a more consistent experience when browsing animals, managing listings, and using marketplace tools across devices.

We added new blocking controls that give members more control over who can interact with them on ReptileAds. Users can now block unwanted accounts directly from comments and messages, preventing blocked users from sending inquiries, commenting, liking, or favoriting their listings.

We've also improved notification behavior and the tools our moderation team uses to manage unwanted interactions.

We launched the new ReptileAds Resources section, giving reptile keepers and breeders a growing library of articles, species information, husbandry topics, marketplace guidance, and other useful content from across the reptile hobby.

Resources are organized to make helpful information easier to discover, with new articles and topics continuing to be added over time.
