We improved account registration, email verification, and connected-login messaging to make signups clearer and more secure. Users should now see better guidance when logging in with Google or another connected account, and new-account verification flows have been tightened up.
We recently identified and resolved a wave of automated and fraudulent account activity targeting the platform.
The issue was addressed the same day and has been fully resolved. We have also implemented additional security improvements across registration and login, including tighter verification and stronger protections against automated signups and temporary email abuse.

Listing comments are now available across the ReptileAds marketplace. Buyers can ask questions, sellers can respond publicly, and the community can interact directly on reptile listings before sending an inquiry. Comments can be disabled on individual listings, giving sellers full control over how they communicate with potential buyers.
