This information relates only to animals and is provided voluntarily by users to improve listing transparency and animal care information. ReptileAds does not collect, store, or process human medical or health data.

When you access the Platform, including through mobile applications, we may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, application version, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, usage behavior, crash logs, and access timestamps. This information is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, account maintenance, or legal compliance. Documents are stored securely for the minimum time necessary to complete verification (typically 24–72 hours). Access to this information is strictly limited to authorized RADS personnel, and documents are deleted once they are no longer needed.
