If a Gecko is under 15 grams and labelled 'MALE' or 'FEMALE' then this is an educated guess from checking pores under 1000 X magnification. Reptiles vary in colour and patterning all the time. Some factors include, temperature, miss fire, lighting, age, emotions such as stress or in hunting mode, asleep or they are simply chillin! We try to take as many photo's of each animal in different states. Such as fired up and fired down. ☆ General ☆ ——————— Deposits are non refundable Customers who enquire must be 18+ Crested Gecko's are ready to ship once they reach 4 grams. Collection in person is preferred if the Gecko is under 4 grams. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale, if we deem necessary. No animal will leave the premises without being paid for in full. We offer no refund or discount if a gecko was to drop its tail in our possession after deposit has been made, as this does not decrease the value of the animal. Unfortunately Crested Gecko's are known to drop their tails for no apparent reason. If the animal is to be shipped payment will need to be paid at least 24 hours before the courier collects, we will advise the date at the time of notification from the courier. It is important when doing a payment plan or when you put down a deposit that we stay in contact. Throughout payment plans, we prefer to stay in contact and give feedback on development. If it is time to make a payment or close to the shipping day and we lose contact for more than 72 hours or you are over 7 days late with your payment, it will be assumed that you have backed out of your purchase. At that time, we will refund you all but your 25% deposit, and the animal will be re-listed. ☆ Payment & Deposit ☆ ————————————— 3 month payment plans are available - send us a message and we will be happy to help. (Excludes Animals ON SALE) Non refundable deposits are 25% in which the animals status will publicly change to 'ON HOLD'. Animals are held for 2 weeks only, unless a payment plan is agreed. ☆ Health ☆ —————— All our reptiles come with a 5 day health guarantee. If the the animal purchased passes away during this frame we will need to see proof of adequate housing, temperature, humidity and their feeding arrangements. If you recieve a DOA then please contact us within one hour of the animal arriving. We will need to see photos of the deceased reptile. This has never happened to us but it does happen with reptiles due to stress of transportation. We may be able to provide an alternative solution such as store credit to purchase another reptile. Understandably This would not be a nice experience and we will do all we can to make things right. ☆ Delivery ☆ ——————— A reptile courier can be booked by ourselves or the buyer can arrange. The buyer must pay in full before a courier is booked. We can deliver locally within 30 miles (£1 per mile) The courier we use have a standard charge of £65 in which you pay them cash up on delivery. If there is a lack of communication from the buyer and we are left with "ON SEEN" whilst a non refundable deposit has been paid, the animal will be relisted after 72 hours of inactivity. You will be reported to Morphmarket and blocked from contacting our store 🚫 ☆ Auctions ☆ ——————— At the begining of each month, only 1 auction goes live for 3 days. The winner is expected to pay in full on the same day, or the animal(s) are relisted. If not paid the same day you could face a ban from Morph Market.
