​1. Health & Live Arrival Guarantee
​Live Arrival: We guarantee that all reptiles will arrive alive and healthy.
​The 1-Hour Rule: In the event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must contact us via email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of the timestamped delivery. Photo and video evidence of the deceased animal will be required.
​7-Day Health Guarantee: We provide a 7-day health guarantee on all "Hype-Bred" animals, provided the keeper can prove they have the correct setup (lighting, heat, and habitat) as per our care requirements.
​2. Shipping & Handling
​Priority Shipping: All animals are shipped via authorized overnight couriers (e.g., FedEx Specialty Live for US / Reptile-specific couriers for UK).
​Weather Conditions: For the safety of the animal, we will not ship if temperatures at the origin or destination are below 35°F (2°C) or above 90°F (32°C). We will hold your animal at no extra charge until a safe shipping window opens.
​Signature Required: Someone must be present to sign for the delivery on the first attempt. Failure to do so voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
​3. Payment & Deposits
​Holds: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to put any animal on hold.
​Payment Plans: We offer flexible 30-day payment plans for animals over $500/£400. The animal will be shipped once the final balance is cleared.
​Methods: We accept [Your Preferred Methods, e.g., Wire Transfer, Crypto, or Secure Credit Card Link].
​4. Sexing & Genetics
​Accuracy: We guarantee the sex of the animal unless it is listed as "Unsexed" or "TSO" (Temperature Sexed Offspring).
​Genetics: Recessive traits (e.g., Axanthic, Sable) and co-dom traits (e.g., Lilly White) are 100% guaranteed. For multi-gene "complex" animals (like Cappuccino/Frostline), we provide our best professional opinion based on lineage and visual markers.
​5. Returns & Refunds
​Change of Mind: Due to the stress of shipping on live animals, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." Please be certain of your purchase before placing a deposit.
​Refunds: Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide the specific animal purchased or in the rare case of an approved health claim within the 7-day window.
