Sales Terms of Service
The safety of the animals is paramount to all other things! Holidays, inclimate hot or cold weather or general shipper provider service disruptions will cause a delay in sending you your animal. Please be advised and flexible for the sake of these wonderful living creatures. Chondros and Brazilian rainbow boas are VERY sensitive to ambient temperatures and have shorter shipping windows compared to ball pythons.
Live animal guarantees only apply if photos are sent as soon as possible after the package is picked up by buyer. Both alive and well or DOA, the need for pictures remains the same. In the very unlikely event that animal perishes in transport, your purchase price less shipping costs will be honored as a store credit, not a cash refund. If an animal succumbs and dies within 72 hours of live arrival proven, a credit will be issued based on a few factors:
* You've been in contact with me leading up to the death, illustrating that you were paying attention to your new addition
* Photos need to be sent of house thermostat setting, temp gun of inside the enclosure from hot & cool spots.
* General pictures sent of husbandry and enclosure.
* Pictures sent of the deceased animal from multiple, well lit angles to identify unique markings.
* Bag and freeze your snake once these steps are complete.
Store credit amount is decided upon these factors and varies, but I will do my best to make sure you're satisfied.
Deposits can be made on upcoming snakes for sale. 25% of total snake value is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any portion paid beyond that is as long as shipment has not yet occurred. If snake has shipped already, see above guidelines. Payment plans are reserved for animals above $500 and arranged on a case by case basis.
Your new snake is guaranteed to be free of mites, Nido testing performed at least once on Chondros prior to shipping. Proper quarantine is your responsibility after the animal arrives. Failure to do so may put any store credit due you in jeopardy if the animal perishes with in 72 hours. All other issues and circumstances to be addressed on a case by case basis.
