Monty's Morphs Terms & Conditions -You must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal from Monty's Morphs. -All sales are final and are non-refundable once the animal is in your possession. - We reserve the right to refuse the sale of an animal if we have reason to believe the animal's welfare may be at risk. -By making contact with us, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the store policy of Monty's Morphs. -Accepted payment methods are as follows; Cash in person, Venmo, or CashApp. Payment Plans and Placing an Animal on Hold: Payment plans may be accepted on any snake costing more than $200, with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The length of the payment plan will not exceed 60 days. Animals may be placed on hold for no more than a week (7 days) with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Your snake will only be available for shipping or pickup when the animal is payed for in full. Shipping: All orders will be shipped via FedEx, and to the FedEx hub nearest you. Shipping cost will range between $50-$100. If more than one animal is purchased they can be sent in one shipment. Animals will only be shipped Tuesdays or Wednesdays to attempt to avoid delays in shipping to your FedEx location. Shipping will also depend on suitable weather conditions for the safety and wellbeing of the animals. No international shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Live Arrival Guarantee: Purchaser MUST contact us within 1 hour of the snake arriving at the FedEx hub for this guarantee to remain in effect. if the animal dies in shipping a photograph of the box and a video of the expired animal must be sent within 1 hour of arrival at the FedEx location. A video of the customer opening the box would be appreciated but is not required. When you receive your animal please let us know that it arrived safely. We truly care about our animals and want to know of their safety and wellbeing. General Information: We suggest waiting at least a week (7 days) before handling, or attempting to feed your new snake. This gives them time to learn their enclosure and become comfortable in it's new environment. All animals will be socialized, however the stress of shipping and changing environments can cause a once calm animal to act differently once it gets to it's new home. If an animal purchased from us has an attitude you will be made aware before any payment is made. All animals should arrive at their new home with their enclosure already set up and waiting for their arrival. Be sure to do the research necessary to be able to provide a comfortable, and safe environment for your new pet! Once you take possession of the snake responsibility is solely on you, the customer, for it's care and wellbeing. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.
