NW Ball Pythons LLC dba Emerald City Reptiles Terms of Service for Purchasing and Shipping Reptiles These terms and conditions govern the sale and shipping of reptiles from NW Ball Pythons LLC, located in Washington State. You agree to these terms in total by purchasing a reptile from us. Legal Requirements NW Ball Pythons dba Emerald City Reptiles Terms of Service By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to ensure that owning a reptile is legal in your State, County, and City, and you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase and ownership of reptiles. NW Ball Pythons LLC dba Emerald City Reptiles provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee that animals purchased will arrive live and free of any signs of illness or imperfections as long as the purchaser is present for the delivery of the animal or picks it up from a local hub. We also recommend having a veterinarian perform a well check within three business days of delivery. All Live Reptile sales are final, unless we are notified within three (3) business days that a health issue has occurred, which has been determined by a Licensed Veterinarian. Upon receipt of a letter from the Veterinarian, a replacement animal or a full refund of the purchase price will be given. We must be notified within 2 hours of delivery for DOA, and Shipping will be via FedEx overnight to a FedEx hub. We accept a non-refundable 30% down payment; the balance will be paid in full within 30 days, unless weather conditions don't permit safe shipping. We will ship after 72 hours of final payment. We only ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in certain circumstances, the length of payments made can be extended. Any Animals NW Ball Pythons dba Emerald City Reptile, put into the MM Auction payment from the Winning Bid, is due within 24 hours. No payment plans with Auction Items. NW Ball Pythons LLC dba Emerald City Reptiles will not ship an animal if the temperature is below 38 degrees or above 90 degrees at any FedEx Hubs the animal passes through. We gladly hold animals until it is safe to ship, which will be determined by our TOS. Live Arrival Guarantee We offer a live arrival guarantee for all shipped reptiles, except for items 1-5 below, which void this guarantee. In the unlikely event that a reptile arrives deceased, you must notify us within 2 Hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement reptile at our discretion. We ship only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx overnight to a FedEx Hub, with no exceptions. 1. The buyer or a member of the household over 18 must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. 2. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling. 3. Temperatures at the hub or destination are under 38°F or over 90°F. 4. Animals held for pickup at a FedEx location must be picked up the same day, within 4 hours of arrival. 5. A delay in shipping resulted in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided. Health Guarantee We guarantee the health of the reptile at the time of sale. However, you are responsible for providing proper care and housing for the reptile upon arrival. We are not liable for any health issues arising from improper care after the reptile leaves our possession. It is always recommended that animals be quarantined for a minimum of 30 days. Payment Information needed to complete a purchase. Legal Name (First & Last) as it appears on your ID. (FedEx will require this to pick up your package. Contact PH Number Email Address (Invoice and Shipping information will be sent to this address) FedEx Ship Center, this must be a "FedEx Ship Center" for Pickup. We don't offer home delivery. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept CC payments with Square. All prices are in USD and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise specified. For any unauthorized chargebacks made after the Purchaser has accepted delivery, the Purchaser will be responsible for any reasonable collection fees incurred by the seller to collect the outstanding balance. If you have no verified sales transactions on MM, we hold payment for 5 Business days before we will ship. Fraud Prevention We conduct our due diligence to prevent fraud and stand behind the validity of every sale under the stated terms. We fully document every transaction; any attempted payment reversals will be met with litigation. Shipping Reptiles will be shipped at a flat-rate shipping cost of a Minimum of $50.00. We charge the exact shipping charge; no additional charge will be added to the invoice. Shipping is FedEx Overnight to the approved FedEx hub of the Purchaser's choice. We WON'T ship if the temperature is below 38 degrees or over 90 degrees at any of the hubs the animal will pass through. Safety of the animals will Always come first! Our guarantee requires that the animals be picked up within four (4) hours of FedEx making them available. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds or exchanges are only provided by our health guarantee and live arrival guarantee policies. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Customer Responsibility You must thoroughly research the care requirements of the reptile species you are planning to purchase. We are not liable for any issues arising from improper care, handling, or husbandry practices. Limitation of Liability In no event shall NW Ball Pythons LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the purchase, sale, or transportation of reptiles. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Washington State without regard to its conflict of law principles. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
