These terms and conditions are specific to our store and override Default MM Policies. Purchasing from our store means you have read our terms and are in agreement to such. See full terms & conditions below.
Sex and health is guaranteed. Besides DOA, any problem with your animal must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours because we can not control your environment or husbandry, but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo evidence provided.
There are however circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.
1. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
2. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F.
3. Animals held for pickup at a FedEx location must be picked up the same day within 4 hours of arrival.
4. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.
Shipment will be to FedEx hubs only, temperatures range must fall within the following, lows above 30°F and highs below 100°F. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any Guarantee of Live Arrival by Rat Smasher Ball Pythons.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance can be purchased at the BUYERS EXPENSE for an additional charge of $2.50 per $100 in value of purchase. It is part of your label information and the tracking number is needed for filing a claim. Claims are done through Redline/MM not FedEx. Buyer must advise before payment if they want insurance and at what value.
Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, wires, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
