ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash
Venmo
Credit cards via Square
Zelle
Money orders or certified checks
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are not automatically available and must be requested each time. Some animals may not qualify based on circumstances, so please ask first.
Plans typically require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the animal. Plan length is based on the animal’s value and generally falls within the following ranges:
Lower value animals typically qualify for shorter plans
Higher value animals may qualify for longer plans, up to 90 days
Specific terms will be discussed and agreed upon before a deposit is accepted.
By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you understand and agree to the payment plan terms.
SHIPPING
We ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, weather permitting, via FedEx Priority Overnight. Animals are shipped to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup unless otherwise arranged.
If there is no FedEx hub within approximately one hour of the buyer, home delivery may be approved. Home deliveries must be signed for immediately upon arrival. Hub pickups must be completed within 4 hours of the FedEx arrival time.
Failure to meet these pickup or delivery requirements will void the live arrival and health guarantee.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a DOA, the animal must be reported within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp. Clear video documentation is required. Buyers must be available and prepared to unbox the animal immediately upon arrival.
INFECTIOUS DISEASE WARRANTY
All animals are warranted to be free of common infectious diseases. Our breeding collection is carefully tested and meticulously maintained.
Buyers are encouraged to test their new animal within 3 days of receipt. Any confirmed infectious disease must be reported immediately so a prompt resolution can be arranged.
Please note that not all breeders provide an infectious disease warranty. We encourage buyers to review seller policies carefully when purchasing animals to ensure proper coverage.
GENETICS GUARANTEE
All recessive genetics, both homozygous and heterozygous, are fully guaranteed when proven through breeding.
Incomplete dominant genetics are only guaranteed when specifically stated in writing as proven. Incomplete dominant traits are not guaranteed based solely on visual appearance or shed testing.
Due to known inconsistencies and false negatives associated with shed testing, genetics are not warranted solely on shed test results unless explicitly stated in writing. If you have any questions or would like confirmation on a specific gene, please ask prior to purchasing. A written guarantee can be provided if discussed in advance.
SEX GUARANTEE
Sex is 100% guaranteed. Each animal is checked multiple times prior to shipping. Any discrepancy between the listed sex and the animal received must be reported within 7 days so it can be resolved.
SALES POLICY AND DISPUTE CLAUSE
All sales are final. Deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.
If a payment plan is entered into and not completed within the agreed timeframe, the animal will be relisted and all funds paid will be forfeited.
By purchasing from Parpart’s Pristine Pythons, the buyer agrees to all store policies listed here. Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may be contested using the buyer’s acknowledgment of these terms. These policies supersede any other statements found elsewhere on the website or external platforms.
