General Policy: Here at Level Up Reptiles we aim to make your transaction as pleasant as possible. All Animals will come to you Healthy and free of mites and ticks. Every effort will be made to properly sex the animal. All Animals genetics will be our Assumption based on the pairing, All Hets and recessives will be guaranteed. We keep records of every animal sold, when you purchase a animal it will come with a information paper with all of the identification for that animal on it. If you ever have a question about that animal I will be able to tell you for the life of that animal. If you have any disputes with the animal after arrival you have 48 hours after arrival to dispute them, Animals that are returned must be in the same health as they left. If you have a DOA you must Dispute it ASAP within a few hours of arrival.
Shipping Policy: All Animals will be shipped at the buyers Cost. The price will be dependent on the location where the animal will be heading. Our Shipping Days are Tuesday and Wednesday's. We DO NOT ship when the weather is Below 40 Degrees and not above 90 Degrees. We Do NOT ship Internationally.
Payment Plans: We will do small payment plans for animals over $250, This would include half of the amount to hold then the rest within 30 days. If you go over the 30 days the animal will be available for the next person, There are no Refunds of your down payment when going over the 30 day mark.
