Shipping:
Purchased animal(s) will be shipped Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Live reptiles travel overnight to your nearest FedEx Ship Center where they are held for pickup.. Some exceptions may apply for home delivery on a case-to-case basis where a Hub is outside of driving distance.
Live Arrival Gaurantee:
We are proud to offer 100% live arrival and health guarantee!
**Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement.
packages are primarily shipped to a FedEx Hub Facility for pickup
- shipments to a personal residential address void our live arrival guarantee
-Shipping date is mutually agreed upon ahead of time
-Somebody is present to receive the animal immediately upon arrival
We reserve the right to delay or modify shipment terms for reasons such as weather, delays in common carriers, or other hazards which may endanger the life of the animal.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due within 30-60 days, depending on the individual purchase value. Please inquire about a plan specific to your interests. **This is the lowest non-refundable deposit offered on the market!**
* We require a minimum purchase of $300 to be eligible for a payment plan. (Cost of shipping counts towards the total!)
**Please note that some animals may not be available for payment plans due to market demands and other variables**
Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, money orders & certified checks.
**If payments are made on a payment plan and the remaining balance cannot be paid, for ANY reason, the buyer will be credited and the full amount paid to date will be settled to use on a future purchase. No Exceptions!
Health Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive safely and in good health. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is voided.(see below)
Genetics/Sex Guarantee:
We are proud to offer a 100% guarantee on recessive mutations and Animal Gender! Our commitment to identifying the animals we sell to the best of our ability is excelled through genetic shed testing! All animals genetically tested will be labeled as such!
* **Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
* ** all mutations listed in parenthesis are considered (possible). This happens when we feel the mutations presence is likely in the animal based on visual identification, but cannot confirm without testing.
* **For our shed testing needs we utilize PHENOME! BE SURE TO Mention GEM Exotics when placing a custom order!
