Acceptable methods of payment are cash, venmo, and cashapp only.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-90 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest. *** Cold weather longer term payment plans are available during late fall, winter, and early spring. We will house, feed, and care for your animals during the payment term and until it's warm enough to resume shipping. After it's determined that the weather will hold to resume shipping we will reach out and coordinate a ship date. ***
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent.
Health, Sex, Genetics Guarantees:
Any discrepancies with the gender of your snake must reported within 7 days of delivery.
-All hatchlings produced by us with recessive traits are guaranteed.
-Incomplete dominant genes are identified based on the best possible assessment (Theoretical ID's) but cannot be guaranteed due to their complex nature in multi-gene animals. We strive for accuracy, but please inquire about any incomplete dominant gene concerns before purchasing.
-All hatchlings are captive-bred and personally produced, unless stated otherwise. They're healthy and have eaten at least 5 times unassisted before shipping. If proven sick or injured upon arrival (with photo/video evidence), we'll arrange a full refund and return. Claims must be made within 4 hours of delivery, and the animal returned on the next business day.

Shipping cost is paid by the buyer and varies based on location and order size unless otherwise specified in the add. Contact us with your zip code for a quote. We ship domestically via FedEx Priority Overnight to your local hub, Monday-Wednesday for Tuesday-Thursday delivery. We'll coordinate delivery details with you beforehand. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues must be reported within hours of delivery or hub opening; leaving the animal at the hub for over 2 hours voids the live arrival guarantee.
** Live arrival guarantee, applies only to FedEx hub pickups, claimed within 2 hours of hub opening. We don't insure home deliveries. Please provide the correct shipping address and be available for pickup. Delays due to incorrect addresses void the guarantee. We're not liable for carrier issues. DOA claims require video proof during unboxing.**

Temperature control is not guaranteed during transit, and animals may perish even without delays or extreme temperatures. Shipping to your home is at your own risk and waives the live arrival guarantee. This policy prioritizes animal safety and prevents potential disputes between buyers and sellers.
There are no long term guarantees on any animal as we cannot control the environment the animal is going into. With this in mind, please ensure you have appropriate housing setup and ready for your new animal. With appropriate husbandry, our animals will thrive for you. Please do not hesitate to ask questions relating to the care of your new animal. We are happy to help!
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone that we do not believe will provide appropriate care. Outside of the guarantees listed, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please be sure about your purchase before sending payment.
