All animals are guaranteed to be:
In good health
Correctly sexed
Feeding on appropriately sized meals
Accurately represented to the best of our ability
Animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place an animal on hold. Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis:
30-Day Plan: $500 minimum purchase
60-Day Plan: $1500 minimum purchase
All plans require a 25% deposit up front

Genetics Guarantee
Due to the complexity of Ball Python combos, we do not guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) traits, but strive to represent them as honestly as possible.
Recessive traits (heterozygous or homozygous) are always 100% guaranteed.
For animals that have undergone shed testing, we share all available information provided to us. We do not guarantee the testing methods or results.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary depending on your location.
Carrier & Schedule: We ship FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. Tuesday's Preferred.
Hub Pickup Only: All animals are shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS Ship Center (hub) for pickup. We do not ship to residential addresses.
Pickup Window: Animals must be picked up within 3 hours of the shippers "hub" available pickup notification.
Arrival Confirmation: Please text or email us within 1 hour of pickup to confirm the animal has arrived safely.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live delivery when the animal is picked up at the shippers hub within the designated 3-hour window. In the rare case of a health concern, you must contact us within that 3-hour window via text, email, or phone call. The buyer must provide clear photos or video if requested.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, or unexpected weather changes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Local Pickup: Available by appointment.
DOAs (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 2 hours of shippers pickup notification and accompanied by clear documentation. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
