Hub Pickup Only: All animals are shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS Ship Center (hub) for pickup. We do not ship to residential addresses. Pickup Window: Animals must be picked up within 3 hours of the shippers "hub" available pickup notification. Arrival Confirmation: Please text or email us within 1 hour of pickup to confirm the animal has arrived safely. Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee live delivery when the animal is picked up at the shippers hub within the designated 3-hour window. In the rare case of a health concern, you must contact us within that 3-hour window via text, email, or phone call. The buyer must provide clear photos or video if requested. We are not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, or unexpected weather changes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Local Pickup: Available by appointment.
