Sales Terms of Service
**All sales are final and buyer must be at least 18 years of age.**
~~Payment Plans~~
We offer payment plans on purchases valued at $500 or more and animal(s) will be held until plan is paid in full. A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required and the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days from start of payment plan. Again, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and no money will be returned to buyer if he/she can not pay the remaining balance within 60 days or opts out during the plan. An additional 30-day extension can be made if properly communicated with seller before the 60-day deadline at the added cost of $50. Payment plans are not available for auctions.
~~Payment Methods~~
Payment methods we accept: Cash, Venmo, Cash App (Preferred), Zelle, and Square invoicing. Due to their terms and conditions, we do not accept any payments through Paypal. We will accept Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, and USPS Money Orders but animals will not be shipped until money clears. Bank Wire Transfers are welcome as well.
~~Holding Animals~~
If you purchase an animal from us, we will be glad to hold him/her but only for a maximum of 60 days WITH communication. During this time the animal will be cared for and fed with the rest of our collection, and a fee of $10 will be charged for every week we hold him/her to cover maintenance fees. This balance must be paid in full before animal is to be released.
*The $10 fee will not be charged if the reason is out of the buyer's control such as not being able to ship during the winter months, etc.*
~~We do not feed frozen-thawed rodents, only live!~~
~~Shipping~~
Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Local pick-ups are welcome if communicated properly. Pick-up details will be discussed and the location chosen by seller. We will only be shipping to your local hub for the safety of your animal. We only ship Monday-Wednesday for Tuesday-Thursday delivery.
~~Health Guarantee~~
We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments. Tracking will be given to buyer to keep track of their package. If animal is not picked up within one hour from Hub and is found to be DoA, a refund is void. We take pride in packaging every animal with care and do not ship in adverse weather conditions, so chances of a DoA would be very slim. If by chance a DoA does happen, claims must be made within one hour of picking up animal with a video of deceased animal. A refund will be issued if proved to be out of buyer’s control.
~~Sex and Genetics Guarantee~~
We guarantee all recessive genes in our animals and that they will be properly sexed. We check and double check the sex of every animal. With the growing number of genes in the hobby, all co-dominant IDs are theoretical and to the best of our ability.
