A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold any animal. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline. If the plan is not completed, all payments will be considered forfeit. If you choose door-to-door delivery for any reason, please note: The buyer assumes full responsibility for any delays or mishandling. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We only ship when weather and logistics are safe for the animals, and we’ll work closely with you to choose the best shipping window. We consult other trusted breeders for difficult identifications. Any traits we’re not completely confident in will be listed as “possible” and priced accordingly. When it comes to recessive genetics, all “het” animals are guaranteed unless noted otherwise (e.g. 50%, 66% possible hats).
