We are committed to providing you with healthy, high-quality ball pythons. Please take a moment to review our store policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. General Information
All ball pythons are bred with care and raised in a healthy environment. We strive to ensure that each animal is ready for its new home.
2. Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure you are fully informed about the commitment involved in caring for a ball python before making your purchase.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to place an animal on hold.
Full payment must be completed within 7 days of placing the deposit or prior to shipping — whichever comes first — unless a payment plan agreement has been arranged.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed timeframe, the animal may be relisted and the deposit will be forfeited.
Animals won through auction must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction ending.
Weather Delays:
Please note that shipping live animals is weather dependent. If a purchase is made during periods of non-ideal temperatures (too cold or too hot), the waiting time for safe shipping conditions may be extended.
If shipping must be delayed due to unsafe weather conditions, full payment is still required within the 7-day window. The animal will be held at no additional charge until safe shipping conditions are available.
3. Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. Typically, arrangements begin with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend for 30 to 60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about specific plans for your chosen snake.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options: PayPal Friends&Family, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App
5. Shipping Policy
We ship animals weather permitting (temperature must be between 40°F and 90°F) Animals are shipped on Tuesdays & Wednesdays via FedEx overnight service to the nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup.
Buyers must pick up the animal within 3 hours of delivery to maintain our live arrival and health guarantee. If an animal is DOA, we need to be notified via a timestamped video & photo within an hour of pickup.
6. Health Guarantee
We provide a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Genetic Guarantee
We guarantee all recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) for our ball pythons. Incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
8. Sex Guarantee
We guarantee the sex of each ball python. Each animal is checked multiple times for accuracy before shipping. Please report any discrepancies within three days for resolution.
