Shipping All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight through a certified reptile shipping service. Shipping will only occur when temperatures at both the sender and recipient’s locations are within safe parameters (generally between 40°F–90°F). We reserve the right to delay shipment in the interest of the animal’s safety. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is only valid when: • The first delivery attempt is accepted • The package is held at a FedEx Ship Center for pickup • The animal is picked up within 1 hour of delivery notification Live Arrival Guarantee All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the buyer must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo and/or video evidence of the animal in its unopened shipping container. Failure to contact us within this timeframe voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. Health All animals are established feeders and appear healthy at the time of shipment unless otherwise noted. Once the animal is in your possession, we cannot control husbandry practices and therefore cannot offer ongoing health guarantees. Proper quarantine and acclimation are strongly recommended for all new arrivals. Sales All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once an animal has shipped. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion if we believe the animal may not be placed in an appropriate environment.
