A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent. SHIPPING: All animals are shipped priority overnight via FedEx to your nearest local FedEx Ship Center unless prior arrangements have been made. Live arrival is ONLY guaranteed on FedEx Ship Center shipments. Shipping will be done Monday - Wednesday if the weather allows. Animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center must be picked up within 4 hours of delivery or the live guarantee is void. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and/or any special instructions prior to shipping. Binford Reptiles is not responsible for carrier related delays. PRIVACY POLICY: All contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. provided by the buyer is used solely for the purpose of completing the buyer’s order. GENETIC GUARANTEE: All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if stated through genetic shed testing. SEX GUARANTEE: Animal sex is 100% guaranteed.
