Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including credit card, Cash App, Venmo, SQUARE, wire transfer and others. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final. A sale is not complete until payment is received. Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. 1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition. 2. Central Florida Reptile (CFR) guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad. 3. CFR guarantees the animal is shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx and MM rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal within 4 hours of hub delivery or if buyer has animal shipped to home. 4. Buyer must inform CFR of DOA animal within 1 hour of delivery 5. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 6 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), CFR is responsible for store credit or replacement.
