Shipping is done on Monday through Wednesday. We only ship when temperatures are above 34 and below 90 degrees. Animal(s) are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center Hub and held for pickup. Animal(s) must be picked up within 3 hrs of arrival or the guarantee is void. We are not responsible nor will we be liable for shipping delays that occur on part of Fed Ex. All animals 100% guaranteed to be healthy and accurately sexed upon arrival. All animals being sold are the exact ones photographically represented in our ads and all weights are accurate at the time of posting. All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. Please note that we consider all mutations listed in parenthesis “possible.” We can neither confirm nor exclude their presence in the animal based on visual identification, but the animal may carry them.
