Payment Methods: We accept the most common forms of payment, including Square, Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and of course cash for local pickups. Payment Plans: We offer payment plans on animals greater than $500+. Normally arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and up to 4 weeks for $500-1000 8 weeks for $1000-1500 and 12 weeks for $1500+. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest. Sales Policy: All sales are final, and the deposits are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and their 20% deposit. Auctions: All auctions are final and auction winners must pay the full balance within 24 hours of winning the Animal, there are no payment plans on auctions. Animals will be shipped FedEx to FedEx overnight when weather is permitting and has been agreed upon between us and the winner. Local pickup is also welcome. Shipping: We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for pickup on Wednesdays and Thursdays as weather allows in the event that the shipping carrier does not suggest shipment we have 100% authority to hold the animal until we feel safe to send it the animal's health and well-being is our number one concern. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. There are no exceptions for shipping to homes we will only ship hub to hub. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal within the same day of its delivery to the FedEx hub and does not send an update on the animal within 3 hours of picking it up, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void. Guarantee Policies: Heath Guarantee: We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any issues must be reported within 3 hours of picking the animal up from the hub on the same day that it was delivered. If there are issues after this window we may work with you in the form of store credit on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. It is important to us that you receive a healthy animal that Thrives for you that you are 100% happy with! Genetic Details & Guarantee: All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. If the animal is proven to not have a gene that it was listed to be thought was in the combo we will work with you on a case-by-case basis in the form of store credit at our discretion depending on the value and rarity of the gene in question. We take our best guess at the genetics and we expect that when you look at the animal and read the listing that you also do your best homework to decide if you think this animal has the genes that are listed as well, but we also understand that some genes are very cutting edge and expensive and do not expect anybody to have to take a loss at our mistake Sex Guarantee: Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within seven days for resolution. In the case that you believe you have received a mis-sexed animal there will need to be video proof that the animal has been mis-sexed If you have questions regarding our animals or policies not stated here, please inquire before purchase to give yourself the most flexibility in decision-making.
