Please take a moment to review our store policies below: Shipping • All animals are shipped to FedEx Hubs only for the safety and wellbeing of our snakes. • Shipments will only be scheduled during safe and appropriate weather conditions (typically between 45°F–90°F). We reserve the right to delay shipping until conditions are suitable to ensure your animal’s health. • Once your snake arrives at the FedEx hub, you must pick up your animal within 3 hours of delivery notification. Failure to do so will forfeit the Live Arrival Guarantee. • We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or other third-party carriers, though we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues. Live Arrival Guarantee • We guarantee live, healthy arrival on all animals when shipped to an approved FedEx hub and picked up within the 3-hour window. • In the rare event of an issue, you must contact us within 1 hour of pickup with clear photos and a description of the concern. • Our goal is always to make things right and ensure both you and your new snake are happy. Genetic Guarantees • All recessive genes are 100% guaranteed. • All other genes are identified to the best of our knowledge and experience. • As fellow breeders and reptile enthusiasts, we take pride in accurately representing every animal, but due to the complexity of certain morph combinations, visual identification can sometimes vary.
