Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp,Zelle, wire transfers, and money orders / certified checks. Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Sale prices will not be applied to animals on payment plans. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest. Sales Policy: All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent. Animals on hold due to weather conditions are to be accepted when safe shipping is possible. If you fail to respond within 30 days of being contacted to set up shipping, the animal(s) will be considered abandoned and resold. Shipping: We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance of the buyer. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is void. Heath Guarantee: We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us immediately for assistance. Genetics Guarantee: All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. Sex Guarantee: Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for resolution.
