We accept Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, and cash for local pick up. PAYMENT/HOLD POLICY Animals under $300 must be paid in full. For animals over $300, we will accept a $100 deposit to hold for 30 days. Remaining balance must be paid within the 30 days. No animal is considered sold or on hold until payment is received. Auctioned animals must be paid in full within 24 hours, unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller before auction ending. Failure to pay will result in relisting of animal and possible reporting of winner. GUARANTEES We guarantee our animals to arrive alive*, healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. Hatchlings will have at least 3 meals before being placed for sale. We will do our best to provide accurate genetics, but due to the complexity of multi-gene animals, we cannot guarantee genetics. *live arrival is guaranteed to buyer's closest FedEx shipping hub. SHIPPING We only ship within the USA. Buyer pays actual shipping cost unless other arrangements are made between the buyer and seller. We will ship to buyer's nearest FedEx hub. Shipments will go out on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for overnight priority shipping, provided temps and weather are appropriate at both shipping and receiving locations. Please make sure your hub accepts live animals. Delays caused by wrong hub information will void the live arrival guarantee. Buyer must be able to pick up the animal within 2 hours of arrival at shipping hub to guarantee live arrival. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Any DOA claims must be provided with picture/video proof within 2 hours of delivery/arrival confirmation. REFUNDS/ISSUES/COMPLAINTS We love our animals and take pride in our business and we want our customers to be happy and have a great experience. We understand things happen and issues come up. Reimbursements will be made in the form of store credit, full or partial refund, or replacement animal of equal value as agreed upon between buyer and seller.
