🕒 Pickup Timeframe: Once your package arrives at the hub, you are responsible for picking it up within 4 hours of notification. This ensures the health and safety of the animal(s) during transit. ⚠️ Failure to Pick Up / Abandonment: If an animal is left at the hub beyond a reasonable time or is not picked up at all (abandonment), Refined Exotics reserves the right to: • Refuse any refund or replacement. • Mark the animal as abandoned. • Repossess or arrange for the safe return of the animal at the buyer’s expense. 📦 Important Reminders: • Always track your package and be available the day of delivery. • Use a valid phone number at checkout for hub notifications. • Contact us immediately if there’s an emergency preventing you from picking up on time.
