RockNRoyal reptiles/pythons truly cares for and takes pride in our reptiles and their health and cleanliness, we have a small to medium collection that is checked on, cared for and cleaned continuously. I will answer emails, texts, phone calls asap. All efforts are made to properly sex animals, but please ensure that you sex your new animal upon receipt and notify me immediately with any concerns. It is the customers responsibility to educate themselves about husbandry and ensure that they are aware of how to properly care for and house the animals they purchase. I will gladly help out anyway I can and provide info on animals or where to find great info online. I will provide my best educated guess but I cannot 100% guarantee every gene will be present. In some cases, potentially an animal will prove to have more genes present than what was advertised. All visual recessive and 100% heterozygous animals are 100% fully guaranteed. Animals will have varied temperaments and I cannot guarantee the behavior of each individual animal but of course will provide all info on the animals behavior with me. If you are unhappy with your animal, you must notify RockNRoyal within 24 hours of your purchase and arrangements will be made for a credit, exchange or other acceptable resolution. Animal must be shipped back at buyer’s expense and received in good condition before any resolution will be made. RockNRoyal guarantees all of our animals will arrive alive and healthy unless they are mishandled by the carrier. In the rare event that the carrier mishandles your delivery, we will work with you in an attempt to ensure the best possible outcome. Shipping is always weather permitting when it is safe. Live Arrival guarantee may be voided if customer opts out of hub delivery (if hub is within a reasonable driving distance). If so, this will be discussed beforehand and is decided on a case by case bases.
RockNRoyal guarantees the health of our animals for 24 hours. Notice of dissatisfaction or D.O.A.s must be received within 2 hours of receipt of shipment and photos to resolve.
 There are provinces(Canada), states (USA) and local restrictions in many jurisdictions restricting or prohibiting the possession of exotic animals and/or reptiles. RockNRoyal will not knowingly sell any products in violation thereof. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not RockNRoyal to understand local, province (Canada), state (USA), and federal laws before placing an order.
If you are unsure of your provinces(Canada) or states (USA) laws pertaining to any animals or products you want to order, you should consult local, province (Canada), state (USA), and federal authorities to be certain you are not in breach of the law.
Under no circumstances will we sell to minors (those under the age of 18), or to anyone we feel may abuse or misuse our animals and/or products. We reserve the right to decline any order.
 In the rare instance of an animal labelled "pet-only", the animal is sold with the agreement/understanding that the animal should never be bred (either because of risks to that animals health, or sub-optimal genetics that we feel should not be reproduced), and RockNRoyal takes no responsibility for the consequences if you do choose to attempt to breed the animal.

Canadian sales EMT (E-mail Money Transfer), Direct Deposits, Wire Transfer or in Cash if picking-up locally. Unfortunately, Paypal is not accepted at this time. Non-Canadian sales Direct Deposits are accepted. Payments must clear before animal is shipped.
I accept payment plans on any purchase $300 and over. A minimum 25% deposit must be placed in order to put the animal on hold. The remaining amount must be paid off as to our agreement before the animal is shipped out.

By placing an order with us you are acknowledging that you are of legal age to do so and are accepting full legal responsibility for your purchase. No other terms or conditions will apply unless they have been mutually agreed upon in writing prior to placing your order. Animals and products are not considered sold until payment has been received in full.
