Shipping Policy: Free shipping on any animal over $1,000. All shipments go FedEx Priority Overnight to your nearest FedEx Hub for pickup. I ship Monday–Wednesday only, and never during holiday weeks. Need a special arrangement? Contact me before purchasing and I’ll see what we can work out. Live Arrival Guarantee: Pick up your animal within 2 hours of the posted time at your FedEx Hub. Please record an unedited video of you opening the box, this is required for any claims. Videos taken after the box is already open will void the guarantee. If the animal arrives deceased and proof is provided, you can choose a full refund or a replacement. Payment: Payment plans are welcome with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
