***Fed Ex Shipping in the continental US is included on every animal regardless of price! There are no additional fees or charges related to shipping, handling or packaging! The price you see is the total price you pay!***

Initial contact is best through the listing, please make sure your buyer profile is completed and contains your correct zip code. Serious inquiries only please.
**Payment Plans**:
Short term payment plans available on a case by case basis. If you are interested in a payment plan send a message and we will discuss the terms. The minimum for a 30 day payment plan is $500, the minimum for a 60 day payment plan is $1500, both requiring a 25% deposit up front. 90 day plans are available on a case by case basis on animals or combined purchases over $5000 with a structured monthly payment schedule. No payment plan payments are refundable OR Transferrable so please be sure you can complete the plan before requesting it. ***Payment Plans Not Available on Auction Wins and animals that are part of a already discounted sale. Auction wins must be paid in full within 24 hours of the end of the Auction***
**Payment Methods**:
For payment in full we prefer Zelle or CashApp but for credit and debit card payments we use the Buy Now feature on Morph Market with secure cart checkout! For Payment Plans we accept Zelle, CashApp or we can send an invoice through Square! We do not under any circumstance accept PayPal or Venmo. We always offer a 10% discount for cash payment for in person transactions!
**Shipping**:
We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for pickup the following day at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. In the event of an extreme hardship or no Fed Ex Hub within a reasonable distance (30-40 miles) we may make an exception and do a home delivery with Fed Ex but only if weather is right and only at the advice of our shipping agent. In the event we do agree to a rare residential delivery, signature will be required and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will nullify all live arrival guarantees! Shipping is weather dependent and may vary on holidays and other special circumstances. We only ship for home delivery when temps are no higher than 90 and no lower than 40 degrees here, at the connecting hub as well as the destination Hub but there is some significant wiggle room with hub pickups where we can safely ship as long as low temps here, your location and at the hub is around 28 or above. Any lower than that and we will have to wait for better weather for the safety of the animal. Due to repeated delays in our first few UPS Shipments we will no longer be utilizing UPS for live animal shipping!
**Guarantees*:
Sex, 100% Hets and health at arrival are always guaranteed and all animals come with a Genetics Certificate and Data Sheet with pics of both parent animals. Due to the growing number of genes being proven and worked with we can no longer 100% guarantee the non recessive genetics in our animals. When we have an animal in question we ask numerous breeders in our network to help ID them and make every effort to identify exactly what is in each animal, but some genes are hidden or are expressed very differently in some combinations so we can no longer be 100% sure at times. We do however label any gene as "possible" if we aren't almost certain it is there and would never intentionally sell something with an incorrect genetic ID. DOA claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal! We cannot provide any guarantees other than those stated above because we cannot always know the conditions the animal is coming into. *If the animal is not picked up at the Hub the same day made it is available for pickup, all arrival guarantees are null and void*
Weights listed are current and updated every 3-4 weeks but may vary since hatchlings grow at a fast pace. If you would like a current exact weight just let us know!
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone we do not think will provide proper care. We do not accept returns outside the listed guarantees in our store terms. Once payment is made, there are no refunds so be sure you want to proceed before you send payment. IF you decide to cancel for any reason, any funds paid will be held in store credit for 12 months from the date of original payment.
**Local Pickup**:
Local pickup available by meetup appointment in Knoxville Tennessee as well! (Cash payment discount of 10% off listed price applicable for all local pickup purchases paid in cash)
