Payment Methods
We currently accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, money orders, and Cash app. Cash is only accepted for local delivery. If your preferred payment method is not listed, please contact us.
Payment Plans
Are available typically for a 30–60-day period and an agreed upon non-refundable deposit. Do not hesitate to reach out to us and see if we can find an agreeable arrangement that works for you.
Guarantee
100% live arrival and health guaranteed through HUB-to-HUB shipping. Please report any death within 24hrs to ensure a full refund or suitable replacement. Contact us for any illness or concern within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement. Contact us as soon as possible for any issues or concerns related to health for a case-by-case consideration.
All recessive genetics are produced by us and 100% guaranteed unless otherwise stated in RTB listings clearly stating “ Purchased as but not proven”. Some gene combos are complex, and we try our best to clearly ID with all resources at our disposal. Any gene we are not 100% able to ID will be listed in parenthesis as “possible”. Sex is 100% guaranteed and checked multiple time to mitigate errors. If they are any discrepancy in sex, please contact us with 7 days and we will work together to find a resolution.
Shipping
Shipping will be arranged with the buyer to ensure they are available to receive animals. Shipping will be conducted Mon – Wednesday weather permitting. We prefer to ship Hub-to- Hub but can make other arrangements if agreed upon before payment. Any animal not signed for within 7 hours of Hub arrival or immediately upon delivery to other address will void above listed live arrival and health guarantee.
