Sales Terms of Service
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, Square, and most credit cards. Payment plans for 30-60 days are available for animals over $350, please ask and we will be happy to help with the payment plan that suits you.
Deposits:
We do not accept deposits on animals that have not been produced or on anticipated clutches. This allows you to change your mind and keeps us from having to refund deposits on animals we did not produce. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required up front to hold the animal.
Guarantee:
Live arrival will be guaranteed with FedEx for on time arrivals as long as the following are met.
1. Temperatures are between 40 – 80 degrees F for both the sending and receiving locations.
2. The shipment is sent directly to your nearest FED Shipping HUB.
3. The shipment is picked up within 3 hours of arrival. If a problem exists, please contact us immediately.
4. Proof of DOA (Pictures or Video) are required within 1 hour of pick up.
*We cannot guarantee live arrival for carrier delays* Issues with carrier delays should be handled with FedEx directly.
**We DO NOT offer a live arrival guarantee for animals shipped to a home or business address **
Should you request a home delivery, you are acknowledging that the live arrival guarantee will be waived. Python Antics will not be held liable for DOA's and there will be no refund offered.
As a practice, I always track the shipment from my end, sending regular text messages to the customer to ensure safe delivery. All of our animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive for you. If you have difficulty with feeding or suspect any health problems, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can, within reason, to assist you.
Veterinary health certificates can be included with domestic purchases at your request but will incur additional charges. Charges will vary depending on the level of testing you request.
We recommend all new acquisitions to any collection be quarantined for a minimum of 30 days. Examinations by your own qualified reptile veterinarian is also advisable.
Notification Lists:
Once pairings for the upcoming season have been determined they will be posted on the Projects page. At that time, we will begin taking names for a notification list. Being placed on a notification list does not obligate you to a purchase. Once we have decided which specimens will be available an email notification will be sent to all those on the list.
Refunds:
Initial deposits or full payments on animals will be refunded if we cannot provide you with the animal agreed upon. If you change your mind after a deposit or payment is full has been made, 25% of the total purchase is non-refundable, any amount over 25% will be refunded at 75% within the first 30 days and 50% within the first 60 days. Deposits and payment plans delinquent more than 60 days will be non-refundable. At that time animals may be put back up for sale. We understand that emergencies do arise but please stay in contact with us and we will work with you as best we can. Deposit balances may be transferred to another available animal within one year of the date we receive your original deposit.
ALL Sales are final. Returns are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued on animals which have left our facility and did not meet the live arrival guarantee time frame. We have no control over the environment and pathogens animals may encounter once they leave our care. It would jeopardize our collection to expose it to a retuning animal. Any exceptions will be at our discretion.
International Orders:
We do not fill International orders at this time.
Sexing Policy:
Sex determinations will be made to the best of our ability at the time of sale
Genetic Identification:
We do our best to identify the genetics present. We confer with other breeders and at times we will resort to genetic testing. We DO NOT guarantee genetics unless the animal has been tested.
