Shipping Policy – Royal to the Coil Exotics
At Royal to the Coil Exotics, the health and safety of our animals always come first. Shipping is only done when conditions are optimal to ensure the wellbeing of your new reptile.
Shipping Guidelines:
Weather Restrictions: We only ship when temperatures are between 40°F and 85°F at all locations involved in transit (departure, hubs, and destination).
Live Arrival Guarantee: This guarantee is only valid if shipping is done within the safe temperature range and at our discretion.
Shipping Days: We typically ship Monday through Wednesday via overnight service to avoid delays.
Contingent Scheduling: Shipping is not automatic. Even if you've made a purchase, we will only ship when conditions are safe. We reserve the right to delay shipping until weather and transit conditions are appropriate.
Hold for Pickup (Preferred): We strongly recommend having reptiles shipped to your nearest FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup. This minimizes transit time and exposure to elements.
Important Animal Pickup Notice
We kindly ask that you monitor the tracking of your animal and arrange for pickup as soon as they arrive and are available.
Issue Reporting
Any issues or concerns regarding your animal must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it. This includes health concerns, behavior issues, or any discrepancy with sex or genetics.
After this 48-hour period, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or adjustments, as too much time has passed for us to verify the condition of the animal upon arrival.
Please note: Animals not picked up within 2 hours of becoming available may be at risk, and we cannot guarantee their health or well-being beyond that time frame.
The payment methods I accept are cash app, zelle, and vagaro invoices with a 2.7% fee.
