Steelix

Steelix is a male ball python (Python regius) currently offered by verified seller DFR, based in Temple, Texas. Hatched on August 7, 2025 and self-produced, he is classified as a sub-adult, and the photo provided is described as the exact animal pictured.

His genetics combine several incomplete dominant traits: Yellow Belly, Fire, and Pastel, along with a het Desert Ghost recessive gene. No weight or length measurements were provided, so buyers should ask for current stats if that information is important to them.

Steelix is currently feeding on frozen/thawed mice, with frozen/thawed rats listed as his diet going forward, suggesting a transition in prey size. He is not listed as a proven breeder and is not marked as a pet-only or trade-only animal, meaning he is being offered for sale outright.

The asking price is $450 USD. The seller offers local pickup in the Temple, Texas area as well as shipping within a stated price range, though international shipping is not available. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, credit card, and cash.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm Steelix's current weight and length, verify the shipping cost and any live-arrival terms directly with the seller, and clarify feeding schedule details given the noted diet transition. As always, genetic outcomes and visual expression of het traits should be discussed directly with the seller, since this summary is based solely on the information provided in the listing.
