Please contact us through Morph Market messaging. We can also be contacted via email if needed. We both have full time jobs that we often do not have our phones with us so it may be evening before we respond to either message system but we will respond asap.
Payment methods:
Lotus Morphs accepts the following forms of payments: Square Invoice, credit card, debit card, and cashiers check/money order.
Payments will be processed through SQUARE INVOICING. USPS Money orders and cashier checks are accepted and have up to 10 business day hold from the date received before reptile can be shipped. Bank to Bank wire transfer is accepted. Cash accepted. All Sales are Final.
Auctions: Payment plans are not available on auction wins. Auction wins must be paid in full within 24 hours of the end of the Auction. Shipping within the US. Unless prior arrangements are made.
Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight for the lower 48 is available and CURRENTLY ONLY FOR PICK-UP AT YOUR NEAREST FedEx HUB. Currently we are shipping only on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery or Wed for Thurs pickup if needed.
Payment plans:
These are offered on a case by case basis. We require a 25% non refundable deposit to initiate a payment plan. After the deposit has been received the remaining balance will be due within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal or animals of your choice. Longer plans are possible during no ship months and higher value animals.
Deposits & payments are non-refundable, if the buyer is unable to finalize the payment plan all funds will be usable at a later date as store credit.
Heath Guarantee:
1: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. We ask you inform us of any issues upon picking up the animal from your local fedex or ups hub.
2: Seller does not guarantee the animal will eat immediately after shipping. We advise you to wait 7-10 days after your animal arrives before feeding.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1: Shipping Window: Tuesday - Wednesday shipping is always included unless otherwise stated.
2: All Animals are Shipped via Morph Market through FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight Shipping via Hub to Hub. Insurance on the shipment is available via MorphMarket.
3: Animals are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer alive and in good condition, In the event of a DOA buyer should provide unboxing video after signing at Fedex Location.
4: Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
5: Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival. Mistakes can happen.
6: Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately with pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery.
7: If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
8: Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes are not 100% Guaranteed in "complex" multi (Co-dom) animals.
Lotus Morphs identifies multi-genes animals using a theoretical ID. Due to the complexity of multi gene identification.
