Sales Terms of Service
GUARANTEES: Health, sex and live arrival. Buyer is REQUIRED to receive/pick up package the next day, on the first attempt. Buyer will be held responsible for not being able to pick up the animal when it is delivered and for giving a wrong address.
REFUND: Claim Period is three days and Return Period is one week for wrongly-sexed animal. If an animal is sick, injured or dead, Claim Period is four hours and Return Period is one week. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
CERTIFICATE: Certificate is available upon request. Certificate will include sex, genetic and lineage for your records.
SHIPPING: I ship to FedEx Ship Center overnight between 40-90 degrees. If it is too cold or too hot, I will be more than happy to care for your animal until it is safe to ship. Shipping is included in the price unless the animal is large and heavy. Please contact me for a quote - rate varies by city/state and weight.
PAYMENT PLAN: Available with a non-refundable deposit of 20%. I do not ship until payment is paid in full. Please read below for payment plan bracket.
One Month for animals from $500.00 to $1,000.00
Two Months for animals from $1,001.00 to $3,000.00
Three Months for animals from $3,001.00 to $5,000
Four Months for animals from $5,001 +++
