Sales Terms of Service
No animal will be sold to individuals under 18 years of age without parental approval. The buyer is responsible for being aware of the laws in their state, county, and city of residence.
Shipping is available through several couriers, with rates determined at the time of transaction. Shipments are made Monday to Wednesday, weather permitting, and may be delayed due to adverse conditions. Animals are shipped exclusively to FedEx Hubs, not residential addresses.
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. No animal will be shipped unless it has fed successfully and consecutively a minimum of 3 to 5 times.
Please open your package and inspect all animals promptly upon receiving the shipment. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 2 hours of the package arriving at the FedEx Hub, unless there was a pre-arranged agreement between the buyer and seller. If no communication occurs within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, the transaction will be deemed complete and satisfactory.
Dead On Arrivals (DOAs) must be reported within 2 hours of the animal's arrival at the FedEx Hub. Pictures/Videos and/or return of DOA animal(s) are required for refund, credit or replacement.
The live arrival guarantee is void if incomplete or erroneous shipping information is provided, and/or if the package is not picked up within 2 hours of being made available for pickup at the FedEx Hub.
Full payment is required before any animal is shipped.
