Sales Terms of Service
Head Stamp Exotics currently accepts PayPal and CashApp. Payment plans are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit may be used as a down payment to purchase future animals. Payment plan lengths offered are 30 and 60 day plans unless otherwise discussed. Shipping is not included (unless otherwise stated). Shipping will be done as weather permits. The fastest way to reach me is via text 315-927-9428. At Head Stamp Exotics, every effort will be made to ensure your experience is a positive one. All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. All efforts will be made to properly sex animals. However, please be sure to confirm sex upon receipt. If for whatever reason, you are not happy and your animal is not as stated and properly sexed, you must notify Head Stamp Exotics within 48 hours of receipt. We will do everything necessary to correct the issue. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date.
We ship Mon-Wed as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FED-EX to the buyer's nearest FED-EX shipment center, where the animal will be held for pick-up.
If buyer fails to pick-up the animal within 6 hours of hub delivery, our live animal and health guarantee will be voided.
