Pickup Window: Animals must be picked up within 3 hours of the shippers "hub" available pickup notification. Arrival Confirmation: Please text or email us within 1 hour of pickup to confirm the animal has arrived safely. Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee live delivery when the animal is picked up at the shippers hub within the designated 3-hour window. In the rare case of a health concern, you must contact us within that 3-hour window via text, email, or phone call. The buyer must provide clear photos or video if requested.
