Sales Terms of Service
Policy:
-A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve an animal and prevent it from being sold to another buyer. Holds are not offered without a deposit.
-Sex is guaranteed for ball pythons; however, gecko sex is not guaranteed.
-Any issues, including DOA, must be reported within 2 hours of arrival at shipping hub, with appropriate photo or video documentation.
-Payment plans are available for animals priced over $1,000 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please contact for additional details.
-All genetics are identified to the best of our knowledge and experience
Shipping:
-Shipping costs are not included in the listed price unless explicitly stated.
-We ship hub-to-hub only via FedEx Priority Overnight. Home delivery is not available. This is for the safety of the animal and is non-negotiable.
-Live arrival is guaranteed, provided the animal is picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the hub.
-Shipping is suspended from November through January, and at any time when temperatures are below 50°F or above 90°F. We reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are unsafe.
-Full payment must be completed prior to shipping or transfer.
-All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If a buyer cancels or backs out of a purchase, all funds will be forfeited.
