Live Arrival Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed when shipped to a FedEx hub for pickup. The buyer must contact us within 1 hour of pickup with any issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Health Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly represented to the best of our knowledge. Animals are eating consistently before leaving our care. Sex & Genetics: All animals are sexed and identified accurately to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of genetics, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on incomplete or complex genes. Returns/Refunds: All sales are final.
