Platinum Morphs Store Policies Payment: We accept payments via [insert methods: PayPal, Venmo, etc.]. Payment plans are available on select animals with a non-refundable deposit. Payment Plans: A minimum deposit of 25% is required to hold an animal. Payment plans typically run 30–60 days unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being relisted. Shipping: We ship via FedEx overnight through a certified reptile shipping service. Shipping is done Monday–Wednesday for the safety of the animal. All shipments are weather permitting (generally 40–90°F). Live Arrival Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed when shipped to a FedEx hub for pickup. The buyer must contact us within 1 hour of pickup with any issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Health Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly represented to the best of our knowledge. Animals are eating consistently before leaving our care. Sex & Genetics: All animals are sexed and identified accurately to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of genetics, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on incomplete or complex genes. Returns/Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds unless an issue falls under our live arrival or health guarantee. Communication: We are happy to answer questions before, during, and after the sale.
