Sales Terms of Service
We guarantee that all animals sold are healthy, properly sexed and genetics are accurate to the best of our knowledge. All animals sold will be feeding on their own and have had at least 5 consecutive meals.
Domestic shipping is available to the lower 48 states. All shipping will be scheduled with the buyer. We use Morph Market to ship all animals. All of their guidelines must be met before shipping will occur. Shipping from hub to hub is the preferred method of shipping. Shipping is free for any snake(s) totaling over $500.
Live arrival is guaranteed upon first scheduled delivery attempt. We will stay in contact if shipment of a purchase cannot occur due to weather change that may put the animal in danger. Shipping price depends on your zip code, size of box, and weight. If you would like a shipping quote, message us with your zip code and we can provide that information to you. We ship Monday and Tuesday.
Shipping WILL be made to a hub and picked up during winter and summer months in order to guarantee live arrival. Package is to be opened and inspected within one hour of pickup. During spring and fall months, someone MUST be available on the scheduled day of delivery to sign for the package. Any concerns regarding the health, sex or genetics must be communicated with the first 48 hours of the animal's arrival.
Payment options: Payments can be made via Paypal Friends and Family, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Chime and cash for local pick-ups.
Payment plans are available on a case by case basis with a 25% non-refundable deposit. We will do our best to work with a potential buyer depending on the terms of the payment plan.
If you (buyer) faults on the payment plan, the deposit is non-refundable. Any money already payed toward the animal may be transferred to a new animal. The only time a refund will occur is if there are no other animals available.
Deposits are NOT refundable or transferable, regardless of the circumstances.
