Sales Terms of Service
We guarantee the genetics of all our snakes. We also guarantee that all snakes are Captive Bred, healthy, feeding regularly and correctly sexed. If we are non-conplient with our guarantee in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will gladly refund your money or replace the animal. All sales are final after 24 hours unless otherwise stated. The price of the animal does not include shipping.
Deposits:
Payment in full is required before any animal is shipped or delivered. We will place a hold on any available animal with a 25% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Animals will be held for a period of 20 days unless special arrangements have been made prior. All sales are final with no refunds thank you
Shipping:
If you reside locally, pick-up or delivery can be arranged. If shipping is required the customer will pay the shipping costs. The animal will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Payment Options:
Payment in full is due before pick-up, delivery or shipment of an animal to a customer. Accepted forms of payment are cash,credit card, direct deposit, EMT

I can not control nor can I be responsible for any environmental conditions that may affect the eating habits or health of your animal after it has been in your care.
