Mojave - Hypo ♀

This listing is for a female ball python (Python regius) carrying Mojave and Hypo genetics, produced by Hutches Clutches, a verified seller. The animal is a 2025 baby, hatched July 29, and the photo shown is confirmed to be the exact animal for sale.

Genetically, this baby combines an incomplete dominant Mojave gene with a recessive Hypo trait. The seller notes the sire is a Ghost gene animal named Spectre, while the dam, Angel, carries Ghost and Mojave genes. This suggests the Hypo trait in this baby traces back through the parental lines, though the full genetic breakdown isn't detailed beyond what's listed. The seller states the snake is currently feeding on live rats. No weight or length measurements were provided, and this baby is not being offered as a proven breeder or specifically marketed as a pet.

The ball python is located in Rosamond, California, and priced at $150 USD. Local pickup is available and described by the seller as encouraged, while shipping is offered at a flat rate of $59 USD, with the seller mentioning possible reduced rates for West Coast buyers. Payment plans are available for purchases of $300 or more with a 20% deposit, and the seller accepts Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, and PayPal, along with Afterpay for a 6% fee.

Buyers should confirm the snake's current weight and length directly with the seller, as these were not included in the listing. It would also be worth clarifying the exact genetic makeup of the parents to better understand what other hidden genes may be present. Since feeding is on live rats, buyers who prefer frozen-thawed feeding should ask about the snake's feeding history and whether it can be transitioned. Finally, shipping logistics and any additional costs beyond the flat rate should be confirmed prior to purchase.
