Sales Terms of Service
Payment Methods:
We accept the most common forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and of course, Cash.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-90 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire on a snake you are interested in, and we can work out a plan on an animal of interest.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent.
Shipping:
We will ship Monday - Wednesday as weather allows but we prefer to stick to Tuesday and Wednesday shipping. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup.
Guarantee Policies:
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first seven days of receipt may warrant full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements and will be considered case-by-case. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
The health and well-being of our animals is our primary concern. We are happy to offer assistance for any troubles you encounter over the animal's life. Please do not hesitate to contact us for help and or advice.
Genetic Details & Guarantee:
All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
Please note that we consider all mutations listed in parenthesis “possible.” We can neither confirm nor exclude their presence in the animal based on visual identification, but the animal may carry them.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within seven days for resolution.
