od leo fire het dg

This listing offers a male ball python (Python regius), self-produced by HJS Serpents LLC, described as an Orange Dream Leopard Fire het Desert Ghost combination. Hatched in January 2024, the snake is currently a sub-adult weighing 740 grams. The seller notes he is currently feeding on live soft-furred rats, with his diet listed as frozen-thawed rat.

The genetics presented include Orange Dream and Fire, both incomplete dominant traits, Leopard as a dominant trait, and a het Desert Ghost recessive gene. The seller labels this animal as "pos fire," indicating the Fire gene expression is considered possible rather than confirmed visually, which is common terminology for this trait combination. This is a single photo listing, and the seller states the exact animal pictured is the one being sold. The snake is not listed as a proven breeder and is not being offered as a pet-only or trade animal.

The ball python is located in Cape May, New Jersey, and is priced at $250 USD. The seller offers local pickup as well as shipping through a priced range option and Redline Shipping, though international shipping is not available. Multiple payment methods are accepted, including credit card, PayPal, debit card, cash, Venmo, and Cash App. The seller is listed as verified on the platform.

Buyers interested in this ball python may want to confirm the specific visual expression of the Fire gene, since it is noted as possible rather than definite, as well as clarify the exact het status verification method for Desert Ghost, given hets are not visually distinguishable. It would also be worth confirming current feeding schedule and shedding history, along with shipping costs and timing for the buyer's specific location, since exact shipping pricing was not specified in the listing.
