Sunset - Desert Ghost ♂

This listing is for Zeus, a male ball python (Python regius) hatched September 9, 2025, so currently a baby. He was produced in-house by the seller, Hutches Clutches, and carries the Sunset and Desert Ghost genetics, both recessive traits. The seller notes he was shed tested and describes him as a rare find, and confirms the photo shown is of the exact animal being sold.

According to the listing, Zeus was bred from Helios, a Sunset - Het Desert Ghost sire, and Sol, a Het Sunset - Het Desert Ghost dam. He is not listed as a proven breeder and is not being offered as a pet-only animal. The seller reports he is currently taking live rats. No weight or length figures were provided.

Zeus is located in Rosamond, California, and is priced at $7,250 USD. Local pickup is available and encouraged, and the seller also offers flat-rate shipping for $59 USD, with reduced rates mentioned for West Coast buyers specifically, along with shipping across the US. Payment options include credit card, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo, and the seller mentions payment plans for purchases of $300 or more with a 20% deposit, as well as an Afterpay option carrying a 6% transaction fee.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm current weight and feeding schedule, verify the genetic makeup of Zeus given the recessive nature of the Sunset and Desert Ghost traits, ask for additional photos beyond the single one provided, and clarify shipping logistics and any regional rate adjustments directly with the seller before purchasing.
