Sales Terms of Service
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including credit card, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, SQUARE, and Apple Pay. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final. A sale is not complete until payment is received.
We do not 100% guarantee the presence of incomplete dominant genes as many gene combos are complicated to identify. We try our very best to identify as many genes as we can in a combo. If we are not certain about a gene, it will be listed as POS, meaning that the animal possibly has that gene, but it is not guaranteed. 100 % hets and recessives are guaranteed.
We ship our animals through MorphMarket Shipping and Live arrival is guaranteed. You must notify Boids R Us within 1 hour of pickup if animal was DOA. Animals are ship to Fedex Hubs only. If the buyer decides to have the animal delivered to their home/business address, the live arrival guarantee is forfeited. We reserve the right to not ship an animal to a business or residence.
A 25% deposit is required to put an animal on hold with a minimum amount of $100. If the animal is posted for an amount lower than $100, then the animal must be paid it in its entirety.
We offer payment plans as follow:
- $500-$750 must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance must be paid off within 30 days.
-$750-$1,500 must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance must be paid off within 60 days.
-$1,500 and up must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance must be paid off within 90 days.
If fail to complete the payment plan, 100% of what has been paid will be non-refundable.
For animals not in a payment plan, buyer must pay off the balance in 7 days after the deposit is made. If buyer fails to pay off the balance in 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded and the animal(s) will be put back on the market for sale.
